1. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, graphics, and articles published on festivalfeedmeadow.bond are the intellectual property of Festival Feed Meadow Events Ltd. Unauthorised duplication or republication without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

2. Food Vendor Regulations

All caterers listed or booked through our platform must strictly adhere to local food safety regulations, maintain valid Public Liability Insurance (minimum £5M), and satisfy our Zero Single-Use Plastics policy at all meadow venues.

3. Limitation of Liability

Festival Feed Meadow Events Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from event delays due to extreme weather, platform downtime, or third-party catering operations beyond our control.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
